Become a Custom Client
Hello, this is the intake page if your organization wants custom gifts. Fill out the form below so we can get an idea of what you are looking for, and then we'll work on a custom gift solution that is beautiful, personal, and aligned with your brand. Here is what to expect:
1. Plan Ahead: Custom items often take 2–3 weeks to arrive from our suppliers and sometimes longer. Ordering early gives us the time to source and prepare every detail with care.
2. Minimum Order: There’s a 10-unit minimum for custom gifts.
Note: These don’t have to ship all at once, you can spread them across multiple dates for different occasions, as long as you commit to at least 10 orders.
3. One-Time Setup Fee- A setup fee covers your branded touches—like custom wax seals, ribbons, or stationery. You’ll only pay this once so we can buy items like wax stamps and custom boxes.
4. Deposit- We require a 25% down payment before shipping. This ensures we can cover any supplier
